OMG…I’m dying! It’s shocking that no one did a parody of this sooner (if you haven’t already seen it, there’s this HORRIFIC NYTimes spot that essentially has all these folks talking about how awesome the “weekender” subscription is). Well, it was worth the wait, cause not only is this funny as hell…but it’s ACTUALLY a great promo for the 92 St. Y! Enjoy…

WOW…I have to agree with the good folks at agencyspy.com who posted this. Indeed, the WORST viral ad ever!!!! Here were the good points that they shared. I couldn’t agree more. WOW.

The problems with this viral are numerous:
1. Lets make fun of hard working business owners in a depressed economy.
2. Lets use two guys who epitomize the word “jerk” as our stars. “God I love it. She’s confused.”
3. Lets devalue the Pizza Hut family brand and mash it together with asshole, junior high antics.

If I may, I’d also like to add a fourth point - why are they using bad 70’s porn music in the background? Is that supposed to add to the “zanniness.” Goodness me, good thing I hate Pizza Hut pizza anyway, makes the boycott even easier!

Grace sent this to me and I do believe it captures the true spirit of the season. RAD!

Yes, I cannot reach my hand inside the case. But I’m thinking Apple is working on that right now! (watch the clip, at least till 0:40 and you’ll know what I’m talking about). Ahhh instructional videos…I love you just the way you are!
